Trademark and Copyright Dispute Policy for LiTV Assista.plus

LiTV Assista.plus ("we", "us", or "our") respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for addressing trademark and copyright disputes related to our services.

Trademark Disputes

​If you believe your trademark rights are being infringed by content on our platform:

  2. Provide detailed information about your trademark and the alleged infringement.

  3. We will review your claim and take appropriate action if necessary.

Copyright Disputes

For copyright-related issues:

  1. Notification of Alleged Infringement:
    Send a written notice to [your contact email] including:

    • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

    • Description of the allegedly infringing material

    • Your contact information

    • A statement of good faith belief in the infringement

    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate

    • Your electronic or physical signature

  2. Counter Notification:
    If you believe your content was wrongly removed, send a counter-notice to [your contact email] including:

    • Identification of the removed material

    • A statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief

    • Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction

    • Your electronic signature

We will respond to notifications and counter-notifications as required by applicable law.

 
Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate services for users who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights.

Payment Terms (Factuurvoorwaarden) for LiTV Assista.plus
  1. Invoicing:

    • Invoices will be issued monthly for services rendered.

    • All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

  2. Payment Methods:

    • We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

    • Payment details will be provided on each invoice.

  3. Late Payments:

    • Overdue payments will incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

    • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

  4. Pricing:

    • All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

    • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

  5. Subscriptions:

    • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

    • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

  6. Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be processed within 14 business days.

  7. Taxes:

    • All applicable taxes will be added to the invoice and are the responsibility of the client.

  8. Disputes:

    • Any invoice disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.

  9. Currency Conversion:

    • For international clients, currency conversion rates are determined at the time of invoicing.

  10. Service Termination:

    • We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment after 60 days of the due date.
